Subscribers receive freshly roasted coffee on a regular cadence, with free shipping and full flexibility. One-time purchases are always available.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause, skip, change, or cancel at any time—no penalties, no questions asked.

How fresh is the coffee?
All Lumari coffee is roasted to order and shipped the same day or next business day. We do not warehouse roasted coffee.
Where do you source your coffee?
We work with trusted importers and producers who meet specialty-grade standards. Sourcing decisions prioritize quality, consistency, and long-term relationships over novelty.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All subscriptions ship free. One-time orders may include shipping based on order size and destination.
How often will I receive coffee?
You choose your delivery frequency when subscribing. Common options include every 2, 3, or 4 weeks. You can change this at any time.
Can I switch coffees between deliveries?
Yes. You can change your coffee selection before each shipment directly from your account.
What grind sizes do you offer?
We recommend whole bean for the best experience. If needed, select a grind appropriate for your brew method at checkout.
Do you offer decaf?
Yes. Decaf is offered as a considered part of the lineup—not an afterthought—and roasted with the same care as our core coffees.
Is Lumari suitable for espresso?
Yes. Certain coffees are designed to perform especially well as espresso, but all Lumari coffees are roasted for balance and versatility.
Do you offer gifting?
Yes. Lumari makes an excellent gift. You can send coffee as a one-time gift or as a subscription, with optional notes included at checkout.
